RETURN POLICY

1 - Right of withdrawal

Principles - Pursuant to Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, from the date of receipt of their order by the Customer or by a third party other than the carrier.

However, the Customer may not exercise this right for orders relating to the supply of Products that have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Procedure – the Customer must notify FRAGRANCE ET BEAUTE FRANÇAISES of their decision to withdraw from the order in question by means of a clear and unambiguous statement :

Either by telephone at 05 63 62 05 40 (Free service + cost of a call - Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) ;

Or by email at contact@lessencedesnotes.com with the subject line “Right of withdrawal” ;

Or by post, with the subject line “Right of withdrawal”, to the following address : FRAGRANCE ET BEAUTE FRANÇAISES 117 Avenue du Sidobre 81100 Castres FRANCE.

The Customer will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by email.

2 – Return and refund

Return - The Product(s) that the Customer wishes to return must be sent back at their own expense, in a condition suitable for resale, i.e. new, unused, in their intact original packaging (sealed), together with any accessories, proof of purchase, instructions for use and other documentation.

However, the Customer will not be responsible for the direct costs of returning the Product(s) in the event that the order error is attributable to FRAGRANCE ET BEAUTE FRANÇAISES.

Pursuant to Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days to return the products from the date on which the withdrawal statement was issued. This period is considered to have been complied with as soon as the Product(s) have been received.

The Product(s) must be returned to the following address :

Subject to the conditions set out in section 1 and those relating to returns, FRAGRANCE ET BEAUTE FRANÇAISE undertakes to refund the Customer the amount of the order.

Refund – Pursuant to Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, FRAGRANCE ET BEAUTE FRANÇAISE will refund the Customer the amount of the order, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs corresponding to a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller) no later than 14 days from the date FRAGRANCE ET BEAUTE FRANÇAISES receives the Product(s).

The Customer shall only be held liable for any depreciation of the Product(s) resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product(s).
